This very attractive, fragrant dwarf Clematis has white leaves, is evergreen and hardy to -7 degrees and is not only a good climber but also looks good as a hanging plant in window boxes or in a tub on the terrace. This plant even makes a good gound cover. Cut back after it has flowered to stimulate bushy growth and good flowering.
